TSCo. is a Deaf Women owned brand run by three creatives! We bring original designs to life through apparel, accessories and goods that become your new favorites.
What products do you sell?
TSCo. offers curated apparel, accessories, and goods. Through our collective creativity, we make every design. The love and care that goes into each of our items is multiplied by three. Our current collection includes a limited selection of embroidered tops, stickers, and special-edition apparel. The future collections will vary.
How do I know which size to order?
Each apparel item includes a size guide shown on the product page. If you are between in sizes, we recommend reviewing the guide before placing your order.
How should I wash & dry my embroidered item?
To keep your embroidered piece looking its best, wash it inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Use a gentle detergent and avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they may damage the threads and fabric. Allow the item to air dry by lying flat or hanging to dry.
Air drying is ideal to avoid shrinking, wearing of the embroidery, and pattern warping. High temperatures can cause puckering and thread damage over time. If you must dry your item, tumble dry it on the lowest heat setting, or use your dryer's "air dry" or "air fluff" mode.
If ironing is needed, iron the reverse side or place a cloth over the embroidery and use low heat.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every piece is made to order and embroidered by us. Because of this, processing times may take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on order volume.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on the way. Please note that we take your orders seriously because we value quality, customer experience, accuracy, and timeliness.

Can I make a return or exchange?
All sales are final. Since every item is made to order and curated just for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. As a small business, we are truly thankful for your purchase and appreciate the support.
Will the collection be restocked?
